desired portions of the building are available. Note that the space you
request is not reserved until the church has received the Wedding
Reservation Form and the appropriate deposit.
Counseling and Planning
The Pastor who will be in
charge of your service may need to have access to the building for
planning purposes and counseling.
Music
One of the Presbyterian
Community Church of the Rockies' organists will provide music for the
ceremony. It is the responsibility of the bride to see that the organist
is contacted and arrangements are made. The organist will help with
appropriate music selections, with requests to be made at least two months
before the wedding date. Should vocalists or other musicians be desired,
be sure that they coordinate with the organist.
Decorations
Floral and other decorations
should fit the solemnity of the occasion. Coordinate their delivery with
the church staff. The florist or other person must be provided to remove
the decorations immediately after the wedding. Candles are appropriate for
weddings and only non-drip votive candles may be used. Alternatively,
votives or hurricane lamps with drip cups may be used. The Sanctuary
furniture may not be moved except that the Communion Table may be pushed
back to provide space for the wedding party.
Photographs
The Pastor who officiates at
your wedding will set the terms of use of photography and videography.
